Refunds

 Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only.  

 Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS 

 All returns must be postmarked within twenty-eight (28) days of the date you received the item. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

 RETURN PROCESS 

 To return an item, please email customer service at help@omgmoments.com. After customer service has acknowledged your return, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided by customer service. 

 Note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a traceable delivery method to mail your return.  

REFUNDS 

 After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by e-mail when your return has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS 

We reserve the right to limit or suspend our refund or return policy in circumstances of excessive use, abuse, or suspected fraud. 

Replacing Damaged or Defective Items. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at help@omgmoments.com to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Personalized Orders. Due to the nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns of any personalized cards or gifts unless damaged or defective.  We will accept returns of any items or gifts which have not been made to order in the event these have been unopened and are still intact.
