At OMG Moments, it is our passion to make giving and receiving gifts a joyous experience through our unique, personalized products.   

If the end user you gift our product to does not enjoy the gift, we will issue you a refund for the product price.  Please send us a video of the end user opening our product and not enjoying it, and we will refund you the complete purchase price of the product.  Your 28-day Satisfaction Guarantee starts when you receive the product.  If you send us your video past the 28-day period, we will not be able to issue you a refund.  

Please have your phone or recording device available when the end user opens the product so that you can have the video to send to us in the event the end user does not enjoy our product. 

Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover any incorrect use of our products. Please instruct the end user to open our product away from their face.
